Our Story

Colorado Juice Company (CJC) fights food waste by rescuing perfectly nutritious fruit that doesn’t make it to grocery shelves—whether it’s too ripe, has minor imperfections, or a sales contract falls through. By puréeing and pasteurizing this fruit, we help farmers increase their profits while extending local fruit sales year-round.

We then turn this purée into delicious, clean-label, minimally-processed packaged foods. Our products reduce food waste, support local agriculture, and bring the taste of Colorado summers to you all year long.

We’re also working to revitalize our agricultural communities by building processing and storage facilties within those communities. In 2026, we renovated the old Delta Ice House to offer almost 5,000 sf of processing space and more than 5,000 sf of cold and frozen storage. We’re packaging western Colorado’s abundantly delicious fruits and vegetables for sale in our own communities.
